CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

It is agreed to conclude a service contract subject to the following terms and conditions:
FIRST. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
The purpose of this contract is the provision of the service of the realization of the short film of the wedding.
THE PARTS, hereby state that except for a duly justified cause of force majeure, the people who will be in charge of the service are Nicolás Basta and Fernanda Mauro.
SECOND. WEDDING LOCATION:
THIRD. CONTRACTED SERVICES:
Two filmmakers CINE 4K.
Full wedding coverage.
Cinema Line Cameras.
Drone 4K 10 bits PRO*
Documentary video: 15-20 minutes.

Frames.
*Although the drone is part of our equipment and we have registration P-268-2020, there may be circumstances, such as nearby air health emergencies or high air traffic in which it is not possible to take off.
QUARTER. COST OF THE CONTRACTED SERVICE AND FORM OF PAYMENT:
The total payment of the service must be settled within a maximum of 30 days before the wedding date.

*The deposit is non-refundable as it blocks the date in our wedding calendar.
FIFTH. TIME AND FORM OF DELIVERY:
The final short film of the wedding will be delivered within a maximum period of 120 days after the event, through a password-protected private web link.
The link includes the online video, available for one year, and download links, valid for one month.
SIXTH. WAY OF WORKING:
The filmmakers will begin recording the wedding at the location of the ceremony from two hours before the start of the ceremony until the end of the wedding.
SEVENTH. REQUIREMENTS:
During the wedding, the filmmakers must have available:
A table where the wedding takes place. It must be exclusive, safe and provided with an electrical outlet for charging batteries for cameras, drones, monitors and sound recorders. Lunch or dinner as appropriate and water.
It will NOT work if there are lasers in the event as they damage the equipment.
EIGHTH. BREACH OF CONTRACT.
In the event that the contract is breached for reasons attributable to:

The amounts delivered on account will benefit the Filmmakers: Nicolás Basta, Y9993809R and Fernanda Mauro, Z0924025M, as compensation for the damages caused.
In the event that the wedding date is modified by decision of the couple, the reservation amount must be paid again since the original date canceled that date as available on our calendar.
In the event that the contract is breached for reasons attributable to Nicolás Basta, Y9993809R and Fernanda Mauro, Z0924025M, except for reasons of force majeure or manifest impossibility, they undertake to send a team of professionals up to the circumstances to guarantee the service.
